Bogard Case Management
SAI staff provides service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in skilled nursing facilities and were part of a class action lawsuit. SAI staff provide the following services to Bogard classmembers:
- Visits on a monthly basis
- Brokerage of specialized services
- Procurement of adaptive equipment
- Coordination of movement to a community residential setting if desired.
- Advocacy
