Early Intervention Monitoring Program
The Early Intervention Monitoring Program is a program of Suburban Access, Inc., funded from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Bureau of Early Intervention.
The purpose of the Early Intervention Monitoring Program is to:
- Ensure that state and federal regulations regarding the delivery of Early Intervention to infants and toddlers under the age of three are met. These areas include the provider’s services, billing, and documentation.
- Monitoring service delivery and compliance of statewide Child and Family Connections offices and credentialed/enrolled service providers.
- Assist families, CFC offices and Early Intervention service providers to address and resolve conflicts prior to initiation of the formal complaint process through the DHS director.
- Safeguard the rights of families to receive appropriate services and supports
Early Intervention Monitoring staff are located in our Homewood office and our Springfield office.
